Planning for the future can be scary and uncertain. We’re here to help answer questions and guide you in some decisions. Sometimes this looks like financial advice, or feedback on some ideas. Whatever it is, we’re just a phone call away and eager to help.

Pathfinders Care Manager
The care manager option gives you access to our guides on a monthly basis, with in-person visits, next step guide calls, and more. This is a great solution for out-of-state children who are looking for someone to be a care-guide for their aging parent. We’ll help call the right plumber, schedule a doctor's appointment, or just be there for a friendly conversation.
Price: $400 per month
Details: This program is meant to be a stepping stone for the year or so before moving to a community. It takes some time to build trust, but after a few weeks of extended visits, we spend about an hour a week together along with phones calls and other behind the scenes tasks.
